Return Policy

Defective Merchandise:

If you have received an item with any problems or defects, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order to inform us of the issue. If we are not notified within 3 business days, you will no longer qualify for a return. You must send a photo to shopeleven06@gmail.com of the damage/defect item along with all the details of your order invoice.

Shipping Policy

Please allow 1-3 business days for all orders to be processed. Orders that are placed on Sunday will be processed the following business day. Once process is complete your item/s will then be shipped out with tracking number!

Please Note: We do not guarantee specific delivery time. All shipping times are estimated therefore will vary depending on the ship address.

Eleven06 is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages and all orders!

Refund Policy

Please note that due to COVID-19, we have implemented the following return and exchange policy. As part of our COVID-19 response, we will NOT allow returns on items.
